What about dietary restrictions?

That's cool. We will do our very best to work with you in order to meet your dietary needs.

Gluten? Nuts? Shellfish?

Please let us know what your allergies. intolerances, restrictions or beliefs that you have and we will do our best to accommodate them.

We know our ingredients.

We cook everything from scratch using only unprocessed ingredients.

What kitchen are you using to cook the food in?

We are using The Elk’s Club kitchen. It is a commercial kitchen that has an annual health inspection. We have already spoken with Interior Health and we have requested another inspection be done in the very near future.

Will you do catering in someone's home?

Absolutely! We will prepare all the food in our own kitchen and then bring it to your home to finish it up and serve it to you and your guests.

Will you cook in my house?

Call us directly at 250-520-0108 and we'll see what we can come up with.

How do we pay?

We accept Cash, Cheque, Credit Cards and Debit Cards (Credit and Debit Cards are processed through our Square P.O.S. System)
