Sinclair’s Catering Salads, Veggies and Desserts

We’ve been asked by a few customers if we can do up some Salads, Veggies and desserts for small get-togethers like Backyard BBQ’s, Going to the lake for the day, having a picnic out in a field or meadow or for after a great round of Golf at one of our many local courses.


Well, the answer is “Sure! Why not?!”


But here’s the catch, we need at least 24 hours notice for these items as these things take a bit of time to make to ensure their utmost freshness. So just give Patrick call at 250-520-0108, or email him at

  • Potato Salad with Bacon, Egg and Smoked Paprika

  • Traditional Greek Salad with Cucumber, Peppers, Marinated Red Onion, Kalamata olives, Feta Cheese and house-Made Dressing

  • Watermelon and Haloumi Salad
